Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Arctic Glow, we aim to provide flexibility and transparency for all purchase options.

If your order includes a one-time purchase, it can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

For any future subscription options (if applicable), customers may cancel, skip, or modify their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Arctic Glow reserves the right to refuse cancellations if the order has already been processed or shipped.
