Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Shipping Delays
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions, location, and customs processing when applicable. Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are outside of our control and are not eligible for refunds.
Return Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
