Return Window

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Be in the same condition as received

We may request photos or videos to verify the condition of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used personal care items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is approved, instructions will be provided on how to send the item back.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
