Where do your products ship from?

Arctic Glow works with trusted fulfillment partners to source authentic Korean skincare products. Orders are shipped from our partner facilities, and in some cases may be fulfilled directly from South Korea depending on product availability.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days  
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days  

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, and customs processing when applicable.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within a short window after purchase. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. Our support team will review your request and provide a suitable solution.

Can I return skincare products?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned. Only unused and unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return.
